His work focuses on translating molecular mechanisms into innovative ingredient concepts and designing mechanism-based evaluation strategies. He coordinates in vitro, ex vivo, and clinical testing programs with external research partners and interprets experimental data to build scientifically robust product narratives. In addition to managing innovation projects and public funding initiatives, he contributes to technical marketing materials, white papers, and Normag magazine, bridging scientific research with the cosmetic industry.
