Pınar began her career in the cosmetic raw materials sector and currently works as a Senior Product Development Scientist at Normactive Cosmetics. She specializes in advanced formulation technologies and innovative carrier systems, focusing on the development of high-performance cosmetic active ingredients. While contributing to R&D studies within the company, she is also pursuing her PhD studies; integrating academic research with industrial applications, she contributes to the development of science-based and high value-added cosmetic technologies.
