It is sourced from fruit juice and marmalade by-products, including apricot kernels, peach kernels, and rosehip seeds, transforming food industry residues into a high-value, multifunctional personal care solution.
Naturally rich in essential fatty acids and lipophilic vitamins, ROSECOCKTAIL™ supports skin barrier integrity while replenishing essential lipids lost from the hair fiber. Its oil-soluble profile makes it particularly suitable for formulations focused on barrier-supporting skin care and lipid-replenishing hair care concepts, while aligning with circular economy and sustainability-driven formulation strategies.

For skin, it supports the architecture responsible for barrier integrity and moisture retention.
For hair, its lipid intelligence lies in selective deposition. Rather than coating the entire fibre or forming a continuous surface film, it targets lipid-depleted areas at the endocuticle edges, filling structural gaps where damage begins.
Skin Barrier Support
ROSECOCKTAIL™ supports increased occludin levels, helping strengthen tight-junction architecture. This contributes to improved barrier function, better moisture retention and greater protection against dehydration and external irritants. Its balanced lipid composition also supports skin comfort and visible glow, while naturally occurring antioxidant vitamins help protect against environmental stress and promote a more even-looking complexion.

Hair Repair at the Endocuticle Edge
Protective lipids maintain cuticle cohesion, smoothness and resistance to friction. Washing, heat styling and chemical treatments gradually remove these lipids, creating gaps along the cuticle edges and exposing the softer endocuticle beneath. As damage progresses, the former cuticle boundaries remain visible as fine lines known as ghost edges.
ROSECOCKTAIL™ selectively deposits lipids at these exposed, weakened areas. Acting as an endocuticle-edge filler rather than a continuous surface coating, it helps seal cuticle gaps, reduce porosity and improve fibre cohesion, smoothness and shine.
