1. Scope
This U.S. Privacy Notice applies where you visit the Site from the United States. It describes the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, the parties with whom we disclose it, and the choices and rights available to you.
Separate notices apply elsewhere: a Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy for visitors in Türkiye and a Privacy Policy for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
The Site is a business-to-business information and promotional website. We do not sell products online, do not accept orders and do not process payment card information through the Site. The Site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
We are a company established in Türkiye. Personal information collected through the Site is accessed and stored in Türkiye and may also be processed by our service providers in the United States and elsewhere.
2. Personal Information We Collect
In the twelve months preceding the effective date of this Notice, we have collected the following categories of personal information, using the category descriptions of the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”):

We do not collect or process sensitive personal information, and we therefore do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require us to offer a right to limit its use.
3. Sources of Personal Information
- directly from you, when you complete the contact form, subscribe to our newsletter or use the distributor login area;
- automatically from your device, through server logs, cookies and similar technologies;
- from our service providers, including analytics and advertising providers;
- from the company you represent, where a distributor account is created for you.
4. How We Use Personal Information
- to respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form and to keep a record of our correspondence;
- to operate the distributor login area, issue and manage account credentials and provide access to restricted product content;
- to send our newsletter and other commercial communications, where you have subscribed;
- to keep the Site available, secure and functional, and to detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access;
- to measure and improve how the Site is used, and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising;
- to comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not use personal information for purposes that are incompatible with those described above without providing you with notice.
5. Disclosure of Personal Information
We disclose the categories of personal information identified above to the following categories of recipients:

We have not disclosed personal information to third parties for their own independent commercial purposes, and we have not sold personal information for monetary consideration.
6. Sale and Sharing for Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. However, the analytics and advertising technologies used on the Site, in particular the Meta Pixel and Google advertising tags, may involve disclosures that are treated as a “sale” or as “sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising” under the CCPA, and as “targeted advertising” under the privacy laws of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other states. The categories of personal information involved are identifiers, internet or other network activity, approximate geolocation and inferences (categories A, F, G and K).
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
You may opt out at any time:
- through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the Site, by turning off the Marketing and Analytics categories;
- by using an opt-out preference signal, as described in section 8;
- by writing to info@normactive.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”.
7. Your Rights
Depending on the state in which you reside, you may have the right to:
- know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes and the categories of recipients;
- obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable format;
- request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- request deletion of your personal information;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising;
- opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects — we do not carry out such profiling;
- limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information — we do not collect any;
- not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.
7.1. How to exercise your rights
Submit your request to info@normactive.com. Please tell us which right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate your records, such as the e-mail address you used on the Site. Because we operate exclusively online and interact with you directly, e-mail is our designated method of submission.
We will verify your identity by matching the information you provide against the information in our records, and we may ask for additional information where the request concerns sensitive or extensive records. We respond within 45 days of receipt; where reasonably necessary we may extend that period by a further 45 days and will tell you before doing so. Requests are free of charge unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
7.2. Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask the agent for written proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your own identity directly with us.
7.3. Appeals
If we decline your request and you reside in a state that provides a right of appeal, you may appeal by replying to our decision within 30 days, with the word “Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond in writing within 45 days, explaining the reasons for our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the attorney general of your state.
8. Opt-Out Preference Signals and Do Not Track
We recognize the Global Privacy Control (“GPC“) and other opt-out preference signals transmitted by your browser or a browser extension. Where we detect such a signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising for that browser and device. Because the signal is browser-specific, you will need to enable it on each browser and device you use. Enabling GPC does not, by itself, affect your other rights.
There is no common industry standard for responding to “Do Not Track” browser headers. We do not respond to Do Not Track headers; please use the cookie settings link or GPC instead.
9. California Shine the Light
California Civil Code section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about the disclosure of personal information to third parties for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures. You may confirm this by writing to info@normactive.com.
10. Commercial E-mail
Our newsletter and other commercial e-mails comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Each message identifies the sender accurately, does not use deceptive subject lines, identifies itself as a commercial message where required, includes our postal address, and contains a clear unsubscribe mechanism. We honor unsubscribe requests within ten business days. Transactional and relationship messages, such as messages about your distributor account or about this Notice, are not commercial e-mails and may be sent regardless of your marketing preferences.
11. Consumer Health Data
We do not collect, use or disclose consumer health data as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act, the Nevada consumer health data law or similar state laws. We do not ask you about skin conditions, medical history or any other health-related information through the Site, and we do not infer health information from your use of the Site. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice; our products are cosmetics, not drugs.

At the end of the applicable period we delete or irreversibly de-identify the information.
13. Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including transport encryption, role-based access control, access logging, network security and back-up systems, and contractual confidentiality commitments with our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
14. Changes to this Notice
We review this Notice at least once every twelve months and update it when our practices or applicable law change. The current version, together with its effective date, is always published on the Site. Where a change is material, we will provide additional notice on the Site.

1. Kapsam
İşbu ABD Gizlilik Bildirimi, Site’yi Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’nden ziyaret etmeniz hâlinde uygulanır. Topladığımız kişisel bilgi kategorilerini, bunları hangi amaçlarla kullandığımızı, kimlerle paylaştığımızı ve sahip olduğunuz seçenek ve hakları açıklar.
Diğer bölgeler için ayrı metinler geçerlidir: Türkiye’deki ziyaretçiler için Aydınlatma Metni ve Çerez Politikası, Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre’deki ziyaretçiler için Gizlilik Politikası.
Site, işletmeler arası (B2B) bilgilendirme ve tanıtım amaçlı bir internet sitesidir. Çevrimiçi ürün satışı yapılmamakta, sipariş alınmamakta ve Site üzerinden ödeme kartı bilgisi işlenmemektedir. Site çocuklara yönelik değildir ve 16 yaşından küçük kişilerden bilerek kişisel bilgi toplanmamaktadır.
Türkiye’de yerleşik bir şirketiz. Site aracılığıyla toplanan kişisel bilgilere Türkiye’den erişilmekte ve bunlar orada saklanmakta olup, hizmet sağlayıcılarımız tarafından Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’nde ve başka ülkelerde de işlenebilmektedir.

İşbu Bildirim’in yürürlük tarihinden önceki on iki ayda, California Tüketici Gizliliği Kanunu (“CCPA“) kategori tanımları kullanılarak aşağıdaki kişisel bilgi kategorileri toplanmıştır:

- cihazınızdan otomatik olarak; sunucu logları, çerezler ve benzeri teknolojiler aracılığıyla;
- analitik ve reklam sağlayıcıları dâhil hizmet sağlayıcılarımızdan;
- adınıza distribütör hesabı oluşturulduğunda, temsil ettiğiniz şirketten.
4. Kişisel Bilgileri Nasıl Kullanıyoruz
- iletişim formu üzerinden iletilen taleplere yanıt vermek ve yazışmayı kayda almak;
- distribütör giriş alanını işletmek, hesap giriş bilgilerini oluşturmak ve yönetmek, kısıtlı ürün içeriğine erişim sağlamak;
- abone olmanız hâlinde bültenimizi ve diğer ticari iletileri göndermek;
- Site’yi erişilebilir, güvenli ve işlevsel tutmak; dolandırıcılık, kötüye kullanım ve yetkisiz erişimi tespit etmek ve önlemek;
- Site kullanımını ölçmek ve iyileştirmek, reklam etkinliğimizi ölçmek;
- hukuki yükümlülüklere uymak ve hukuki talepleri ileri sürmek, kullanmak veya savunmak.
Yukarıda açıklananlarla bağdaşmayan amaçlarla, size bildirimde bulunmaksızın kişisel bilgi kullanmıyoruz.

6. Satış ve Hedefli Reklam Amaçlı Paylaşım
Kişisel bilgileri para karşılığında satmıyoruz. Bununla birlikte Site’de kullanılan analitik ve reklam teknolojileri — özellikle Meta Pixel ve Google reklam etiketleri — CCPA kapsamında “satış” veya “bağlamlar arası davranışsal reklamcılık amaçlı paylaşım”, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon ve diğer eyaletlerin gizlilik kanunları kapsamında ise “hedefli reklamcılık” olarak değerlendirilebilecek paylaşımlar içerebilir. Söz konusu kişisel bilgi kategorileri tanımlayıcılar, internet veya ağ etkinliği, yaklaşık konum ve çıkarımlardır (A, F, G ve K kategorileri).

7. Haklarınız
İkamet ettiğiniz eyalete bağlı olarak aşağıdaki haklara sahip olabilirsiniz:
- hakkınızda hangi kategorilerde ve hangi somut kişisel bilgilerin toplandığını, kaynakları, amaçları ve alıcı kategorilerini öğrenme;
- kişisel bilgilerinizin taşınabilir bir formatta bir örneğini alma;
- yanlış kişisel bilgilerin düzeltilmesini isteme;
- kişisel bilgilerinizin silinmesini isteme;
- kişisel bilgilerinizin satışından, paylaşımından ve hedefli reklamcılıktan vazgeçme;
- hukuki veya benzer şekilde önemli etkiler doğuran kararlara yönelik profillemeden vazgeçme
- hassas kişisel bilgilerin kullanım ve paylaşımını sınırlandırma;
- bu hakları kullandığınız için ayrımcılığa uğramama. Kişisel bilgi karşılığında finansal teşvik sunulmamaktadır.
7.1. Haklarınızı nasıl kullanabilirsiniz
Talebinizi info@normactive.com adresine iletiniz. Hangi hakkı kullanmak istediğinizi belirtiniz ve kayıtlarınızı bulabilmemiz için Site’de kullandığınız e-posta adresi gibi yeterli bilgiyi sağlayınız. Yalnızca çevrimiçi faaliyet gösterdiğimiz ve sizinle doğrudan iletişim kurduğumuz için e-posta, belirlenen başvuru yöntemimizdir.
Kimliğinizi, sağladığınız bilgileri kayıtlarımızdaki bilgilerle karşılaştırarak doğrularız; talebin hassas veya kapsamlı kayıtlara ilişkin olduğu hâllerde ek bilgi talep edebiliriz. Talebinize alındığı tarihten itibaren 45 gün içinde yanıt veririz; makul olarak gerekli olduğunda bu süreyi 45 gün daha uzatabilir ve bunu önceden bildiririz. Talepler, açıkça dayanaksız veya aşırı olmadıkça ücretsizdir.
7.2. Yetkili temsilciler
Talebinizi adınıza sunmak üzere yetkili bir temsilci kullanabilirsiniz. Temsilciden yazılı yetki belgesi talep eder ve kimliğinizi doğrudan bizimle doğrulamanızı isteyebiliriz.
7.3. İtiraz
Talebinizi reddetmemiz ve itiraz hakkı tanıyan bir eyalette ikamet etmeniz hâlinde, kararımıza 30 gün içinde konu başlığında “Appeal” ifadesiyle yanıt vererek itiraz edebilirsiniz. 45 gün içinde gerekçelerimizi açıklayan yazılı bir yanıt veririz. İtirazınızın reddedilmesi hâlinde eyaletinizin başsavcılığına başvurabilirsiniz.
8. Vazgeçme Tercihi Sinyalleri ve Do Not Track
Tarayıcınız veya bir tarayıcı eklentisi tarafından iletilen Global Privacy Control (“GPC“) ve diğer vazgeçme tercihi sinyallerini tanıyoruz. Böyle bir sinyal tespit ettiğimizde, bunu ilgili tarayıcı ve cihaz bakımından kişisel bilgilerin satışından, paylaşımından ve hedefli reklamcılıktan vazgeçme talebi olarak değerlendiririz. Sinyal tarayıcıya özgü olduğundan, kullandığınız her tarayıcı ve cihazda ayrıca etkinleştirmeniz gerekir. GPC’yi etkinleştirmek diğer haklarınızı tek başına etkilemez.
“Do Not Track” tarayıcı başlıklarına yanıt verilmesi konusunda ortak bir sektör standardı bulunmamaktadır. Do Not Track başlıklarına yanıt verilmemekte olup, bunun yerine çerez ayarları bağlantısını veya GPC’yi kullanmanızı öneririz.
9. California Shine the Light
California Medeni Kanunu 1798.83 sayılı bölüm, California sakinlerine, kişisel bilgilerin üçüncü kişilere kendi doğrudan pazarlama amaçları için açıklanmasına ilişkin bilgi talep etme imkânı tanır. Bu tür bir açıklama yapılmamaktadır. Bunu info@normactive.com adresine yazarak teyit edebilirsiniz.
10. Ticari E-posta
Bültenimiz ve diğer ticari e-postalarımız CAN-SPAM Kanunu’na uygundur. Her ileti göndericiyi doğru şekilde tanımlar, yanıltıcı konu başlığı kullanmaz, gerektiğinde kendisini ticari ileti olarak tanıtır, posta adresimizi içerir ve açık bir abonelikten çıkma mekanizması sunar. Abonelikten çıkma taleplerini on iş günü içinde yerine getiririz. Distribütör hesabınıza veya işbu Bildirim’e ilişkin iletiler gibi işlemsel ve ilişkisel iletiler ticari e-posta sayılmaz ve pazarlama tercihlerinizden bağımsız olarak gönderilebilir.
11. Tüketici Sağlık Verisi
Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada tüketici sağlık verisi kanunu ve benzeri eyalet kanunlarında tanımlandığı şekliyle tüketici sağlık verisi toplamıyor, kullanmıyor veya paylaşmıyoruz. Site aracılığıyla cilt rahatsızlıkları, tıbbi geçmiş veya sağlıkla ilgili başka bir bilgi sorulmamakta ve Site kullanımınızdan sağlık bilgisi çıkarılmamaktadır. Site’deki hiçbir içerik tıbbi tavsiye niteliği taşımaz; ürünlerimiz kozmetiktir, ilaç değildir.

13. Güvenlik
Kişisel bilgileri korumak amacıyla; aktarım şifrelemesi, rol bazlı erişim kontrolü, erişim kaydı, ağ güvenliği ve yedekleme sistemleri ile hizmet sağlayıcılarımızla akdedilen gizlilik taahhütleri dâhil olmak üzere makul idari, teknik ve fiziksel güvenlik önlemleri uygulanmaktadır. Hiçbir iletim veya saklama yönteminin tam güvenliği bulunmamaktadır.
14. Bildirimdeki Değişiklikler
İşbu Bildirim en az on iki ayda bir gözden geçirilir ve uygulamalarımız veya ilgili mevzuat değiştiğinde güncellenir. Güncel sürüm, yürürlük tarihiyle birlikte her zaman Site üzerinde yayımlanır. Değişikliğin esaslı olması hâlinde Site üzerinde ayrıca bildirim yapılır.
